Smaller packages

You don't need an event planner for the whole organisation of your event or meeting? You are at the right place! 

Each of my small packages is focusing on a specific area of an event's or meeting's organisational process. You can try my services with low engagement from the beginning, smaller budget at a time but high-quality results. Potentially you can add on other services later. I am also offering not event-related services which are based on my experience and skill set of being an event planner. These are communication and project management related services. Event audit

For whom?

Associations, NGOs, companies organising events with limited resources facing blocks during the process.

When do you need it?

You can do this when you face challenges during the organisation of an event. I am also offering this package at the beginning of the organisation, so you have an amazing kick-start.

Why to do an event audit?

Small teams can organise excellent events. Having small obstacles or blocks during the process is normal, but shouldn't be a stopping factor. We can easily identify these and solve them during the preparation phase so you have an outstanding result.

  • One free consulting call with me

  • One 1 hour-long meeting/online video call with me

  • Written document with action points for easier implementation

  • Unlimited access to me during 5 days for any question

 

We analyse your event processes, identify pain points and find solutions. I am helping you with blocks, so you and/or your team can overcome obstacles during the event organisation process.

In the first call, I will listen to your question, event case and we will identify how can I help you to advance with the organisation of your event.

Programme protocol check

When do you need it?

When preparing high-level events or having VIP/VVIP speakers on the programme. 

Why do you need to have a protocol quality check on your programme? 

When the programme is respecting diplomatic protocol standards, you show respect towards your speakers, show appreciation and give an outstanding experience. Not sure which speaker is more important? I can help you with great pleasure!

This package includes: 

  • One free discovery call with me

  • Quality check of your programme if it meets protocol requirements and follows the correct order of speakers

  • Get the correct speaking order by e-mail within maximum 48h.

  • Possibility to schedule a follow-up call upon request

VIP's briefing

For whom is it beneficial?

Event planners, hotels, restaurants, consultancy companies, associations, private companies

 

When do you need it?

When preparing high-level events or having VIP/VVIP speakers on the programme or attending as guests.

Why do you need to prepare a VIP's briefing in advance?

The success of your event lies in the preparation before the event. The happiness and satisfaction of your most important guests comes with feeling appreciated and taken care of. The best way to ensure you are properly prepared for your most very important invitees is to communicate with them in advance. Ask what you need and tell them what they need to know.

This package includes: 

  • One free discovery call with me

  • A VIP briefing template document tailored to your event.

  • Contacting and liaising with your VIPs to have all necessary information from both sides.

  • Everyday access to me for the duration of this services.

Price:

Price will depend on the VIP levels, delegations,  number of VIPs to contact, security level needed. Schedule a call with me to discuss the details.

Event liaison (online, hybrid event support person) 

For whom?

Associations, NGOs, companies organising online or hybrid events and need a person to help with managing online participants and the technology together.

When do you need it?

If you are organising an online or hybrid events where you have participants joining online. Do you need a "second eye" who is troubleshooting during you are speaking or moderating? 

Why to have a troubleshooter?

Online participation is crucial since we were forced to do business online because of the  COVID-19 pandemic. It is very important online as well to give a high-quality experience to your participants. A background help can:

  • give you a head start, so you can show up in the best version of yourself in front of your PC and focus on the content.

  • take away your stress from paying attention to too many things at the same time, especially if something goes wrong (technology fails, etc).

This package includes:

  • One free consulting call with me

  • One 1 hour-long meeting/online video preparatory call with me in advance

  • Online 'coordination' of your online or hybrid event/meeting

  • Have a back-up plan if something goes wrong

 

Price:

I am counting:

  • one-hour consultant fee and

  • an online coordination fee for the duration of your event +1h before (to prepare, connect and troubleshoot before) and +1h after (for debriefing and follow up).

Seating plan

For whom is it beneficial?

Event planners, hotels, restaurants, consultancy companies, associations, private companies

 

When do you need it?

When organising events and meetings, working lunches and dinners, gala dinners, ceremonies, conferences, where you are hosting different ranking invitees, or receiving delegations, welcoming government officials and so on.

Why do you need a seating plan? 

When it is prepared with respecting protocol standards, you ensure to show yourself, your company in the best light possible in front of your guests and clients. It shows your professionalism and the quality of your meetings and events. With a correct seating plan, you give an excellent presentation of yourself and provide an outstanding experience for your guests.

This package includes: 

  • One free consulting call with me

  • One 1 hour-long meeting/online video call with me to discuss your invitees list

  • Seating plan according to protocol and etiquette standards

Price:

Depending on the level of your invitees (no VIPs/VIPs or VVIPS). I make an offer tailored to your needs after our first call. 

Emergency preparedness

For whom is it beneficial?

Event planners, hotels, restaurants, companies who are organising an event.

 

When do you need it?

When hosting mass gatherings, VIPs or events with specific topics that put the event in high risk, such as by natural-caused, human-made or cyber-made. 

Why do you need to be prepared for emergencies?

A few of the most important elements of your responsibility as the organiser of the event are the attendants' security, safety and well being onsite. You need to make sure you can guarantee that, no matter what.

  • Up to three calls with me when we identify the risks of your event, discuss mitigation, contingency and evacuation plans.
