Virtual and hybrid events VIP support from 2020 to present

Since 2020, I am preparing VIPs for their online speaking engagements. With Composite, we manage and produce high-level meetings for the European Commission through tender contracts. In the frame of those contracts, I am supporting EU and government officials to best prepare their online participation via tech checks before the events, and specific briefings in advance. In preparation for hybrid events, I am getting the studio ready with the European Commission's responsible DG and technicians by visiting the venue in advance and arranging all logistical details of the cabinet of the high-level speaker.

European Innovation Council Summit, 2021, Brussels, Belgium

I was the Protocol Officer of the very first European Innovation Council Summit in 2021. My role was to manage VIPs, who were Members of the European Parliament, the Executive Vice-President Margrethe Vestager, Executive Vice President of the European Commission for A Europe Fit for the Digital Age, and several  European Commissioners and Award winners. I welcomed them and ensured the perfect preparation of the logistical readiness for their speech on stage, and provided support for the preparation of bilateral meetings.

EU - India Study Tour, 2020, Brussels, Belgium

I organized all the logistics around meetings with EU Institutions for around 20 diplomates, all ambassadors of India positioned in various EU countries. I organized the official meetings, social activities, and travel for some of them. I accompanied them to all their meetings and activities over 3 days in Brussels and Brugge.

European Vocational Skills Week 2019, Helsinki, Finland

I was the Protocol Officer of the one week-long event, where my main role was preparing the VIP and delegation briefings in advance, preparing seating plans for the conference and for the gala dinner, coordinating VIPs (Ministers from different countries, Commissioner, different EU representatives, and
government officials) and arranging logistics needs for VIPs (security preparation, badges, delegate packs/gifts, VIP room). I was the link between the event organizers and the VIPs, and I was in charge of coordinating with between them and VIPs' delegations all last-minute changes, so they could focus on the content and the event preparation itself.

EU - India Experts Day 2019, Brussels, Belgium

I helped the event organizer with all logistics related matters of a high-level meeting at the Council of Europe to ensure the participants had an excellent event experience and all their needs were catered for which allowed the main organizer to focus on the content of the meeting and build the important relations between participants.
