Event organisation from A to Z

JCI The Heart of Europe would like to give you the opportunity to exercise your event management skills, open for everybody, not only JCI members. We are looking forward to welcoming you to a practical workshop on how to organise an event. The workshop will be given by Katinka Mészáros, Event Consultant at Events by KM. She will explain in detail what “A to Z planning” is. She will talk about the stress factor linked to events and how you can make sure you are ready on time to host your guests. You will get a sneak peak of practicalities, by starting to plan a real event on the spot through a few case studies. You will be able to choose from a few proposed or you can also suggest event ideas. The workshop is followed by networking drinks where you will have the opportunity to ask your questions to Katinka.
